Well, as soon as I am 18 I will move out, and move into a 3 bedroom flat with two friends so it will be cheaper for us.
But how much will the main bills be monthly?
Like, Gas, Water, Electricity, phone stuff, internet connection, etc.
And, does it matter which sort of area it is with bills? We would be living in the sough east of england, or in london.

As far as utilities though you can call the local companies that service that area and ask them for averages. If you have the address that is even better. They can tell you what the average utility bill will be for that location (a larger place will have a higher electric bill). Or, just ask the landlord. He should have a good idea of what to expect.
