It's got loads of options, defrags quickly and is safe and stable. Task Manager; Process Explorer is excellent. Far more comprehensive than task manager. Disk Cleaner: Ccleaner is generally decent, and that's what I use. So good that microsoft bought them. Fortunently the quality of their products has not been sacrified. They're also completely free! Their "Prcoess Explorer" App is pretty much task manager on steroids, and then some. I highly recommend they're stuff.
