Not really, infact they may have been a little more expensive, but at least we were not forced to hear about huge bonuses being paid to clearly incompetant management or to be told that on the one hand they had made record profits and on the other, were forced by circumstances to put prices up yet again! Worse still, the price of oil saw a rapid increase in these prices, the fall in oil, which has been even more dramatic, is making no difference.
